Limited carpooling strongly encouraged.

WHAT TO BRING

Mandatory Gear: Trail Running Shoes, Running Headlamp
Recommended Gear: Trekking poles, Bug Spray, Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Extra socks and shoes, Dry T-shirt, Dry clothes for afterward
Additional Items: Towel (especially if it rains), Gym bag, Lawn chair, Cooler with ice, Tent, Sleeping bag, Pillow, Alarm clock

And remember, while limited nutrition and hydration will be available on-site, participants should come prepared with anything they deem necessary for the challenge.

COURSE DESCRIPTION

1 mile up the Death Race Stone Stairs to Shreks Cabin with an approximate 970′ gain & back for 24hrs to set the course record.
